英国中小学国际教育的历史嬗变与战略动向

摘    要:随着经济全球化的发展,英国中小学教育进入了国际教育的新时代.无论是参与欧盟的教育计划还是在增进与世界各国的教育交流等方面,英国均已显示出对中小学国际教育的重视.英国中小学的国际教育经历了一个逐渐演进的过程,最终形成了目前较为完善的体系.英国陆续出台的政策、计划及策略造就了现今中小学丰富多元的国际教育活动,正逐步实现培养有国际视野的国际化人才的教育目标.

The Policy Evolution and Strategic Intentions of International Education in British Primary and Secondary Schools
Abstract:With the influence of globalization increasingly penetrating into all aspects of the society, England has entered into the new times of international education in the stage of primary and secondary education. In both participating in the European Union's education plan and expanding educational exchanges with other countries, England shows its commitment to international education in primary and secondary schools. England has experi-enced a process of gradual evolution of international education and finally formed a relatively sound system. By enacting a series of policy documents and taking varieties of measures and related projects, England has created diverse international education activities in primary and secondary schools. Ultimately it moves towards achieving the goal of training internationalized talents with the international vision.
