中小企业精细化品牌营销策略研究

摘    要:对于每一个中小企业面临当前严峻的现实问题是其成长和发展的问题,自主品牌是中小企业发展的必由之路。而精细化品牌营销策略符合中小企业资源短缺的现实条件,主要的精细化品牌营销策略有:优质的产品和服务打造品牌核心;抓目标顾客,实行品牌精细化传播;利用渠道精细化管理、客户精细化管理;提炼中小企业特色文化,成就品牌带动中小企业发展。

Abstract:How to grow and develop is the current grim reality for the small and medium-sized enterprises.Self-owned brand is their only way.Therefore,fine brand marketing strategy meets their needs to solve the problem of the lack of resources.The main strategies are: high-quality product and service to build core product,aiming to target customer to realize and customer fine managent,refining the characteristic enterprise culture,achiving the brand to drive the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
