社会主义新农村建设中的农村民间组织

新农村建设是在席卷全球的共同治理模式背景下提出的。从理论上看,多中心理论为农村民间组织参与新农村建设奠定了理论基础;现实诉求中,农村组织的缺位使其参与更具迫切性。虽然农村民间组织的健康发展有助于推动新农村建设,但在实际发展的过程中,仍然存在着一些制约农村民间组织角色发挥的因素。因此,应该从政府的扶持与支援、农村民间组织自身管理模式的创新入手,培育和发展我国的农村民间组织,保障其在新农村建设中的角色发挥。

The Rural Non-governmental Organizations in the Socialist New Rural Construction

The new rural construction emerged on the background of common governance model which had swept around the world. Conversion from a theoretical perspective,the theory of multi-center has laid a theoretical foundation for rural non-governmental organizations to participate in the new rural construction,as to the demands of reality,the lack of rural organizations has led a more urgent for their participation. Although the healthy development of rural social organizations help to promote the new rural construction,there are some factors that constraint the rural society organizations to play their role in the development process. Therefore,it should start with the support from the government and the innovation of the rural non-governmental organizations’ own management mode,nurture and develop Chinese rural non-governmental organizations,guarantee their role in the new rural construction to play.
