| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨成功地举办第24届世界大学生冬季运动会,是高校体育更好与冰雪体育融合,促进经济发展的典范。认为体育观念的转变,全民健身活动的兴起,龙江体育向大省体育、强省体育的迈进,为黑龙江高校体育、高校体育场馆迎来了较佳的历史性发展机遇;高校体育场馆多、人才资源丰富和优化的管理体系是其优势。提出转变管理理念、建立绩效评价与激励机制、建立与地方冰雪企业互补与合作关系与管理体制等措施加强高校体育场馆冬季管理,促进龙江冰雪体育与经济发展。
