| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、访谈法及卡特尔16种性格因素问卷调查法,对青少年散打运动队队员的主要性格特征进行分析和探讨,并有针对性地提出了青少年散打运动队的管理对策,旨在为我国青少年散打运动队的科学化管理提供参考。
