| Abstract: | The concept of information science in pre - networked time is put forward, and the impacts of networking on the discipline system of information science are discussed from 3 aspects of theory, application as well as technology. The authors consider that the impacts of networking have penetrated on each field of information science, new contents should be added to information science, and the system should be adjusted and recomposed correspondingly. |
