| Abstract: | Alliance procurement of digital resources in the library resources has already a large proportion of the alliance purchasing,which makes information services at a lower cost access to the right to use digital resources,but in the long-term preservation,it mainly involved in the ownership of digital resources and the issue to protect service rights. |
