Kailuan Group Corporate Finance Centralized Management and Control System Design

In this article taking the coal large - scale state - owned enterprise group - Kai Luan group as the research object, I propose design plan of financial centralized management and control system of Kai Luan group, and elaborate the necessity, the implementation goal and the matter should be concerned in implementation of the financial centralized management and control system design. Through this paper I elaborate thoroughly the three subsystems of the Kai Luan group finance centralized management and control system - the fund checkout system, the fund budget system, the financial personnel management system.
