试论我国农村生态政治文明建设

生态政治文明是生态文明与政治文明的结合,是生态环境和社会政治相统一的宏观系统。农村生态政治文明建设是我国农村社会发展的现实需要和必然趋势,也是新农村建设的内在要求。为此,必须确立环境公正的理念;加强农村生态环境保护制度的创新与完善;实现农村基层政府的生态管理和积极引导农民广泛参与生态建设相结合;建设文明生态村。

On Eco-political Civilization Construction in China's Countryside

Eco-political civilization is a combination of the ecological civilization and the political civilization;it is also the united macrosystem of ecological environment and social politics.The construction of eco-political civilization in China's countryside is the realistic needs and the inevitable tendency for rural society's development,and New Countryside Construction requires people of building it as well.Therefore,we must establish the conception of environmental justice,improve the institutions' innovation and perfection on protecting ecological environment in the countryside,integrate achieving the grass-roots government' s ecological management with guiding peasants to participate extensively the construction of ecological environment,and construct the civilized-ecological villiages.
