我国公共图书馆标准规范研究的现状及展望

目的/意义] 公共图书馆标准规范研究可促进相关标准的制定与完善,有利于公共图书馆事业科学健康发展。分析我国公共图书馆标准问题的研究现状,以期发现研究中存在的不足和盲点,为后续研究和实践提供参考。方法/过程] 网络调查和实地考察相结合,分析目前国内公共图书馆标准制定和执行现状;通过文献计量与内容分析的结合,系统地调研研究现状;咨询标准领域研究和管理专家。结果/结论] 目前相关研究主要包括:国外公共图书馆标准介绍与比较、现有公共图书馆标准规范分析和公共图书馆标准规范的建设研究等;相关研究还处于探索阶段,存在诸多问题;提出明确标准体系、关注重点领域、优化监督评价机制等研究展望。

The Present Situation and Prospects for Public Libraries Standards Research in China

Purpose/significance] Research on standardization of public library could promote the development and improvement of relevant standards, and it is conductive to the healthy development of public libraries. This paper analyzes the present situation of the study on public library standard problem in China, in order to find the deficiencies and the blind spot in research, and provides references for subsequent research and practice.Method/process] This paper uses web survey and field investigation to analyze the present status of the domestic public library standards development and implementation; carries out a systematic literature research using bibliometrics and content analysis; Then conducts expert consultations in the field of standard research and management.Result/conclusion] This paper finds that the present research on the standard of Public Library in China includes three aspects: respectively introduction and comparison of foreign public library standards, analysis of existing public library standards and construction research of public library standards. And the relevant research is still in the exploratory stage and there are many problems. Finally, the authors present three research prospects including clear standards system, focus on key areas, and optimizing the supervision and evaluation mechanism.
