| 摘 要： | 该文从金陵职大成立18年来的办学实践出发,论述了党的十一届三中全会确定的方针、路线,对金陵职大办学方向、培养模式、发展动力和办学特色所起的导向与推动作用。金陵职大的办学业绩、学校的生机与活力源自三中全会提出的党的工作重心的转移和改革开放。
