| 摘 要： | 骨骼肌是人体最重要的运动器官，在衰老过程中骨骼肌机能的下降是衰老的重要标志。伴随着衰老研究的进展，对于骨骼肌衰老的研究不断深入到基因水平，研究已经试图从衰老个体中分离出骨骼肌的“衰老因子”。就骨骼肌衰老的表现和可能机制进行了综述，以期为运动员提高骨骼肌的机能提供理论依据。
