| 摘 要： | 21世纪的健康是心理健全和身体强壮的完美结合,是一个人身心、社会方面的综合反应。正确认识健康的概念,树立学校体育要“健康第一”的新思维、新理念。如何把握体育与心理健康教育的相互关系,抓住锲机,在体育教学中不断更新教育观念,转变教学思想,改进教学方法,积极渗透心理健康教育,促进学生心理健康发展。是体育工作者的一项新任务。

It is stand the concept of health, and foster the new thinking and new ideas of the school sports strong body, and is to correctly under- Health First. How to grasp the mutual relations between sports and mental health education, seize the opportunities, constantly update the educational concept in Physical Education, change teaching thought, improve teaching methods, positively infiltrate the mental health education, and promote the development of students＇ healthy psychology. It is a new mandate for sports workers. |
