| 摘 要： | 运用献综述、归纳演绎等研究方法，概述了创新、国家创新体系以及我国国家创新体系研究建设的状况；分析了在21世纪我国社会结构转型、向知识社会迈进，特别是举办2008年奥运会这些特殊的环境条件下，研究建设体育创新体系的逻辑性、必要性、现实性和可行性；提出了依据体育创新体系结构框架进行体育体制改革，建立有利于体育知识创新、传播和应用相融通的体育知识服务体制和公共管理体制的理论设想。

| Abstract: | The study gives a brief summarization of innovation,national innovation system,the state research and establishment of China's national innovation system.Under transiting the social structure in 21st century,marching forward the knowledge society and hosting 2008 01ympic Games,it analyzes dialectic,essential,realistic and actable situations,which will study and build sports innovation system.It puts forward the theoretical concept,which will establish sports knowledge service system and public administrative system,which is beneficial to the combination of innovated sports knowledge,spread and applied,for sports innovation system being used as reforming of sports system. |
