大学生强迫症体育疗法的个案研究

采用观察法和实验法，对两名大学生强迫症患者进行体育疗法干预研究。在深入了解两名被试情况、分析其致病原因和特点的基础上，把针对性疗法、一般疗法及心理辅导结合起来制定体育疗法方案。经过八周的干预实验，结合观察记录和问卷测评结果得出以下的结论：体育疗法干预后相关强迫因子均有所降低，被试的身心健康得到了促进，但体育疗法对于不同程度心理障碍治疗效果不尽相同，对于中度或重度症状的干预效果好于轻度症状。

A Case Study on Physical Therapy to the OCD of University Students

Through the methods of inspection and experimentation, this paper adopted the physical therapy intervention to re- search two university students with obsessive compulsive disorder （OCD）. Based on a thorough understanding of the two testees, with an analysis on the causes and characteristics of their illness, this paper offered a physical therapy through integrating the targeted therapy with general therapy and psychological counseling. After eight weeks of intervention experiment, with an inference to the observation record and the questionnaire survey, it reached the following conclusions： the related OCD factors declined after the intervention of physical therapy, the physical and mental health of the testees had been improved. However, the physical therapy had different effects on treatment of different levels of mental disorder, the result of intervention on moderate or severe symptoms was better than the mild symptoms.
