| 摘 要： | 分析了我国应试教育向素质教育过渡的教育发展历程,指出该转变不仅仅是形式的改变,更多的是目标、内容、教育形式以及教育效果的改变,反映了社会对人的体育素质的要求上变化。对此,每一个体育工作者应该及时调整自己,学习新的教育理论,重新审视学校体育的功能。在体育教师的基本条件上,提出了6方面新的素质要求:1.崇高的社会与时代的责任感、使命感;2.掌握现代信息教育技术;3.宽厚的理论基础与广博的知识;4.良好的专项素养;5.先进的现代教育思想和教育理念;6.全面的体育教育能力。

| Abstract: | By comparing the difference between quality education and education for test,the author thinks that great changes have happened in our PE,and every PE teacher should changes themselves in order to fit it.By analyzing all these,the author puts forward six conditions for PE teacher to grasp to be a qualified PE teacher. |
