班级是大学生学习、生活的基本组织形式,班级建设的好坏直接影响高校发展和学生成长。因此,在班级建设中,应注重学生骨干队伍建设,以提升班级整体发展力为核心,通过优化制度管理来活动促进教育,引入激励竞争机制,只有不断创新班级建设的方式与方法,才能有效提升高校的教育管理效果,促进大学生的成长成才。

Class is the basic organization form of college students’ learning and life,class construction has a direct influence on the university development and the growth of students.Therefore,in the class construction,attention should be paid to the construction of student backbone team,to enhance the overall development of class as the core,through the optimization of system management activities to promote education,introduce incentive mechanism of competition,only the constant innovation of way and the method of class construction,can effectively enhance the high school education management effectiveness,promote students’ growth.
