| 摘 要： | 根据欧洲女子１００ｍ栏优秀运动员技术资料的检索、统计、分析，欧洲女子１００ｍ栏保持多年世界纪录的优势在于：运动员身材高大，过栏架时身体重心在栏上３０ｃｍ，采用跑过栏的技术。因此，缩短了过栏时间，有利于连接栏间跑；栏周期节奏合理，能保持３～４个栏周期的连续、稳定的高速度

| Abstract: | Acording to technical statistics and analysis of elite european women's 100-meter hurdlers, the reason that they keep the world record for a long time is: the hurdlers are tall and stong , their center of gravity is 30cm higher than hurdle when they stride the hurdle. In this way, they shortened the time to stride hurdle , Kept advantage to connect running.They had rational rhythm of periodichurdle and were able to keep 3 to 4 steady and high speed hurdles. |
