| 摘 要： | 德国双元制职业教育的专业设置根据社会和企业需求,由联邦职业教育研究所组织雇员代表、雇主代表和行会等单位共同制定。专业制定的同时确定专业培养目标、培养年限、培训大纲及考试要求。借鉴德国的经验,我国应根据社会经济发展需要,设置体现职业教育专业特性、具有严格规范和相对稳定的职业教育专业。

| Abstract: | The specialties setting of vocational education in Germany is in accordance with social and economic needs of Germany.Federal Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training draw up specialty regulations together with employee representatives,employer representatives and chamber of commerce,etc.It determined the training objectives,training period,training syllabus and examination requirements at the same time.Referring the experiences of Germany,China should set stable vocational education specialties with rigorous regulations and embodies the special characteristics of vocational education. |
