| 摘 要： | 大学体育的理论教学，是大学体育教学的重要内容之一。本文主要提出：教师在给学生上运动技能及素质课时，应注意加强体育理论知识的渗透。同时还提出大学体育应适当增加理论课时，重视体育理论考试等相关问题。

| Abstract: | Sport theory teaching in college is one of the important contents of sport teaching. This text mainly put forward teacher ought to strengthen the pervasion of the sport theory knowledge when they are giving sport skill class or making class and some more pure classes should be added in class sport theory examination ought to be paid attention to at the same time. |
