随着经济全球化、产品数字化进程的加快,设计产业以蓬勃发展的高新数字传媒业、广告印刷业、包装业、电子通讯产业、环境工程、展示业等为依托,不断形成综合性的艺术设计服务市场,艺术设计的价值也是依附于上述产业和行业及具体的产品而得以凸显。市场对设计人才的需求日渐增长,传统的艺术设计教育中较为单一、封闭的教育手段已不能适应时代发展的需求。建立一个高效开放的实践性、应用型的设计人才培养模式势在必行,该文仅结合现代设计教育的发展进行分析和思考,探索如何＂以国家需要为前提、社会需求为导向、区域定位为关键＂来构建长白山区独特的艺术设计人才培养模式。

The art design is one comprehensive discipline,which is multi-disciplinary overlapping.Along with rapid development of economic globalization and product digitalization,the design industry takes vigorous development of the digital media industry,the advertisement printing industry,the packaging industry,the electronic communication industry,the environmental engineering,the demonstration industry as the basis,forms the comprehensive service market of art design,the value of art design displays relying on above industries and concrete products.The design industry＇s vigorous development needs a lot of design talents.More unitary,closed teaching methods could not adapt to the demand of time development in the traditional art design education.Therefore,it is imperative to establish an efficient practical and applied art design personnel training pattern.This article only unifies the development of modern design teaching to carry on the analysis and ponder,explores how to construct unique art design personnel training pattern of the Changbai mountain,namely,taking the coun-try＇s needs as the premise,the social demand for the guidance,the regional location as the key.
