教育实习指导教师身份认同研究

摘    要:教育实习指导教师作为教育范式轨迹的鲜活的代表,为实习教师提供一套可以让他们采用、修改或拒绝的模式,因此教育实习指导教师的身份认同表现对实习教师的专业成长具有一定的影响。通过对指导话语所表现的身份认同进行对比分析,揭示了当今教育改革背景下实习指导教师身份认同的新特点,以及对实习教师具有启迪作用的指导教师身份认同表现,即课堂和生活中本真自我与指导身份认同的交融。

Abstract:As a living representative of the paradigmatic trajectory for the teaching community,a teaching practice mentor provides student teachers with a mode for them to adopt,modify or refuse.So the display of their identity during the mentoring is influential to the professional growth of the student teachers.By critical mentoring discourse analysis,the paper reveals the new characteristics of mentor identity in the present teaching reform and concludes that the integrity of mentor's being with the professional identity offers inspiration to student teachers,that is,the harmony between the true self-being in classroom and life and mentor identity.
