| 摘 要： | 随着汽车产业知识产权纠纷越来越多,知识产权问题日益成为我国汽车产业发展的重要瓶颈.在分析了我国汽车产业自主知识产权的现状,尤其是存在的突出问题后,结合国内汽车企业的自主创新的道路选择,有针对性地提出促进汽车产业自主知识产权全面构建的政策建议.
