运用文献资料、逻辑推理、田野实地调查等研究方法对我国达斡尔族传统体育项目＂波依阔＂的历史文化生态变迁展开研究,并对其健身价值和民族文化价值进行了初步的探究,对我国民族传统体育的继承、发掘及其发展起到一定的促进作用。

With the literature searching , logical reasoning , inductive and deductive reasoning methods , the paper discusses the cultural origin about ＂Bo Yi Kuo＂ of the Daur national minority, which is one of the traditional sports activities. The paper also analyzes the value of the sports activity in body - building and the national culture .
