摘    要:随着计算机技术和网络技术的快速发展,地球村已成为现实,中小企业要想做强做大,就必须直接面对竞争激烈的国际市场。在这高手云集的国际市场上,如何占有一席之地就成为中小企业发展的关键问题。中小企业应利用飞速发展的计算机技术和网络技术有效地实施电子商务战略,用以降低管理成本,提高竞争力。

Abstract:Along with the fast development of computer and Internet technology,the global village has become the actuality.If small and middle enterprises want to become stronger and bigger,they must directly face the vigorous competition of international market.The key problem of their development is to occupy a place for themselves in the international market.These enterprises should make use of the fast development of computer and Internet technology so as to implement E-commerce strategy,lower the management cost and increase competition ability.
