摘    要:对千山山泉水中无机元素进行分析研究.采用微波消解法处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对千山山泉水中钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、钼、镉、汞、铅等17种元素进行检测与分析.结果表明,在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.010 25~26.59μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.54%~7.57%,回收率为91.6%~108.0%.千山山泉水中含有丰富的无机元素,本研究为探讨千山山泉水对人体的保健作用提供科学依据.

Abstract:The inorganic elements in the mountain spring waters of Qianshan are analyzed. The inorganic elements in the mountain spring water of Qianshan are digested by microwave and are detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). The results shows that under optimum conditions,the detection limits are the range of 0. 01025 ~ 26. 59 μg / L,the relative standard deviations of 1. 54% ~ 7. 57 %,the recoveries are 91. 6% ~ 108. 0% of 17 kinds of inorganic elements Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Mo,Ge,Cd,Hg,Pb in the thermal spring water of Qianshan. The mountain spring water of Qianshan contained of abundant inorganic elements. The results provides useful evidence for studying the health care effect of the mountain spring water of Qianshan on human body.
