| 摘 要： | 体育成人高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,如何促进体育成人高等教育的可持续发展,就成为各体育院校面临的一项亟待解决的课题.注重质量与效益是促使体育人高等教育可持续发展的重要保障,就这一问题结合山东体育学院成人教育工作的实际进行了论述.
