| 摘 要： | 民营经济日益成为我国新的经济增长点，知识经济时代的到来，对民营经济的发展是机遇也是挑战。如何保持民营经济快速健康的发展，成为一个很重要的课题。本文从民营经济的人力资源角度出发，考察了知识经济时代背景下人力资源管理思想与方式的嬗变对民营经济持续性发展的重要性。
