中草药对柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊孢子化的影响

摘    要:为筛选有效的体外抗球虫中草药,研究了苦参、商陆等23味中草药对柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊孢子化的影响.将未孢子化球虫卵囊分别在质量百分浓度为25%、50%、100%的上述药物中进行培养,分别在第18h,24h,36h,48h观察球虫卵囊的孢子化率.然后洗去药物,在重铬酸钾中继续培养,分别在第18h,24h,36h观察球虫卵囊的孢子化率.结果表明:在23味中草药中,苦参等抑制效果不明显;商陆等具有较好的抑制作用,随时间的延长,球虫卵囊的孢子化率呈下降趋势,且药物浓度越高,抑制效果越好.

Abstract:To selecting effective anti - coccidian Chinese medicinal herbs, 23 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs, such as Radix Sophorae Flavescentis ,Radix Phytolaccae,were Chose to control the sporulating of Eimeria teneUa oocyts. The unsporulated oocyts were cultivated in those herbs. Every herbs were made into three concentration -25 percent,50 percent,100 percent. The rate of sporulate was observed at 18h ,24h ,36h ,48h. Then the drugs were centrifugaled and separated, the oocyts were cultivated in K2Cr207 solution. The rate of sporulate was observed at 18h ,24h ,36h. The results indicated that the controlling function of some drugs were feeble, for exampie Radix Sophorae Flavescentis etc, others were good, for example Radix Phytolaccae etc. And when the time extended, the rate of sporulate descended gradually. Moreover, the higher the concentration of drugs, the better the controlling function of drugs.
