| 摘 要： | 应用生理学与生物化学的检测方法，对国家艺术体操10名一线运动员在第25、26届世界体操锦标赛和第14届亚运会前的大运动量集训期，进行了较为全面的生理、生化指标测试。研究结果表明，我国艺术体操运动员的血红蛋白、血睾酮值偏低，提示，艺术体操运动员在大赛前要加强营养科学膳食；大运动量训练后心率、血压，血尿素、血睾酮、尿蛋白等变化幅度不大，说明运动员尚有一定的负荷潜力。

| Abstract: | By using the testing method of physiology and biochemistry,this paper makes comprehensive physiological and biochemical indexes testing for 10 elite gymnasts from national rhythmic gymnastic team during training camp before 25~(th) and 26~(th) World Championship and 14~(th) Asian Games.The result shows that the concentration of hemoglobin and blood testosterone is slightly low of our rhythmic gymnasts.It suggests that we should strength the nutritional diet scientifically before major competition.There is no significant changing for heart rate,blood pressure,urine proteins,blood testosterone,after maximal training.It shows that there is still potential for gymnasts to hold load. |
