间歇性低氧训练对心率、乳酸阈影响的实验研究

摘    要:通过对普通女大学生训练过程中全程的心率跟踪及相关生化指标测试,探讨间歇性低氧训练对人体有氧代谢能力的作用。研究结果显示,间歇性低氧训练可以降低静息心率,使同级运动负荷时的心率下降,提高心搏储备;可降低同级运动负荷时的血乳酸,使乳酸阈水平提高;延长力竭负荷时间,有效提高有氧运动能力。

Abstract:Through testing heart rate and relevant biochemical indexes of female students during training,this paper discusses the effect of interval hypoxic training on aerobic capacity.The result shows that interval hypoxic training lowers heart rate at rest,decrease the heart rate comparing with same training load,enhances the cardiac reserve,decreases the content of blood lactate comparing with same training load,elevates the level of lactate threshold,prolongs the period of exhausting exercise,effectively improves aerobic capacity.
