“体验式教学”在高校跳远教学中的应用研究

摘    要:体验式教学是一种先行后知,以学生自学为主的教学形式,通过创设情境,培养学生的问题意识、创造性思维以及解决问题的能力,从而提高自主学习的能力。实验表明,体验式教学能够应用于高校跳远教学中,并在提高学生技术方面效果明显优于单一的传统教学模式,同时能够提高学生自主学习和发现问题、解决问题的能力,培养学生的团队协作精神。

Abstract:The experience type teaching is a kind of teaching form of students’ self-study.Through the creation of context,it cultivates students’ question consciousness,creative thinking skills and the ability to solve problems,and forms the ability of independent learning.In this paper,through the experiment,the experience type teaching can be applied to university long jump teaching to improve students’ technology,and it is better than the single traditional teaching mode.The experience type teaching can improve students’ ability of autonomous learning and discovering the problem and can cultivate students’ team spirit.
