| Abstract: | For realizing the historic jump over Qiannan economic development, we must catch and make full use of the chance: to give priority to the development of education and strengthen the construction of intellectual resources; to greatly exploit the tourist resources characterized as revolutionary tourism, natural scenery and customs of minorities; to protect ecological environment and develop the distinctive economy; to strengthen the import of technology and innovation, accelerate the development of industry. |
