| 摘 要： | 藏民族在历史的发展进程中创造的西藏民族传统体育,是一种独特的文化现象.在藏民族文化中,"文"与"武"是紧密相连的,其传统体育与中华传统文化追求勇武与礼制具有一致性,是以形体活动为表现形式的文化,具有与高原环境相适应的独特的文化传统和价值观等文化内涵,而且始终与藏民族的文化、习俗、信仰相联系,有其鲜明的藏民族文化特征,在塑造民族精神等方面起到了积极的作用.
