| 摘 要： | 本文立足军校学员,以提高军校学员培养质量,加快战斗力生成模式转变为目标,探讨了学员队培养高素质新型军事人才的途径。重点阐述了军校人才培养对于未来战争战斗力发挥的影响,以及在当今的军校学员教育培养中,提高学员综合素质所应当注意的一些问题。

| Abstract: | In order to facilitate the conversion of the generating pattern of combat effectiveness,this paper discusses the way to cultivate high-quality military talents of the new-type.It is emphasized that the cultivation of the military talents exerts an important influence on the combat effectiveness in the future wars.Based on our experiences,we point out some problems that need further investigation in the cultivation of military talents in military academies. |
