| Abstract: | As to the prosecution procedure having some problems,the article put forward that to set up the censor system of prosecution right,to set up the evidence discovery system,to absorb plea bargain in some degree,to change the prosecutor's role as parties,to set up prosecution change system and to properly restrain the supplementary investigation of court-trial case as the feasible countermeasures. |
