| 摘 要： | 随着时代的不断进步,建设工程也越来越多,而工程的招投标管理在工程建设中具有举足轻重的地位。目前建设工程招投标在报名环节存在舞弊漏洞,为了提高工作效率,增加招投标工作的透明度,保证最大程度的公开、公平和公正,开发了这个招投标管理系统的网上报名系统。
