社会主义新农村中的法治文化建设

社会主义新农村建设,需要法治保驾护航。当前农村法治建设尚存在诸多制约因素,与建设社会主义新农村、社会主义和谐社会的要求有很大差距。究其根源,是缺乏强有力的法治文化的支撑。构建社会主义新农村的法治文化体系,必须加强"三农"立法,夯实法治文化建设的基础,加快农村司法改革进程,培育农民法治文化素质,加大法治文化基础建设,营造良好的法治文化氛围。

The Construction of the Culture of Law in the New Socialist Countryside

The construction of new socialist countryside needs to be escorted and convoyed by law.However,there are a good many factors which prodigiously restrict the construction of the new socialist countryside and the harmonious society in the present countryside.The main reasons lie in the lack of powerful support of the culture of law.There are three measures we should adopt in order to build the system of the culture of law for the new socialist countryside.First,we must enhance the legislation of "three agriculture" to tamp the foundation of the construction of culture of law;second,we should accelerate the process of the rural judicial reform,and cultivate farmers' quality about the culture of law;third,we should strengthen the basic construction of the culture of law,in order to create good atmosphere for the culture of law.
