现代城市脑力劳动者休闲体育生活方式——以广州、深圳为例

采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计法对城市脑力劳动者的基本情况及其参与休闲体育的认知、动机、消费水平、行为内容及影响因素等进行调查与分析.结果表明:脑力劳动者参加体育健身活动的主要目的是强身健体、缓解压力;体育活动项目主要以健身性和球类项目为主,脑力劳动者家庭用于体育方面的消费主要是实物型与观赏型的体育消费.影响脑力劳动者参与休闲体育活动的主要因素包括六个方面,分别是:功能因素、知识与时尚因素、环境因素、体育氛围因素、条件因素、能力、兴趣因素,其中功能因素与能力兴趣因素是主要的影响因素,并提出了发展我国脑力劳动者体育活动的对策与建议.

Leisure sports and lifestyle of urban brainworkers In view of Guangzhou and Shenzhen
