| 摘 要： | 印度软件业起步于20世纪80年代,经过20多年的发展,取得了巨大成就.印度政府推行优惠的税收政策以及财政支出的大力支持是其成功的重要原因之一,我国应借鉴印度支持软件业发展的政策与经验,促进我国软件业发展.

| Abstract: | Started in the 1980s,after 20 years of development,India’s software industry has made great achievements.The preferential tax policies of India Government and the strong financial support is one reason of its achievements.China should learn from experience in fiscal policy of India’s support for the development of software industry to promote the development of China’s software industry. |
