| 摘 要： | 通过对众多现象的分析 ,提出体育教学本身产生了一个怪圈 ,为此 ,应从体育课教学本身寻求突围 ,突围的基础在于凸现教学的科学性及兴趣性。当务之急 ,是要提高认知水平 ,建立目标体系 ,加强教学评价 ,加强教学研究 ,探索教改新路。

| Abstract: | As soon as the physical education teaching enters into vicious circle,the terrible puzzle comes with it.Through analyzes the various situation,the solution is to emphases the interest and science of physical education teaching.The top priority is to find theory to promote the level of understanding,set up objective system to strengthen the evaluation and research ways for reform. |
