中国网球融入国际职业网球的障碍与途径

走职业化道路,是中国竞技网球多年来无争的取向.研究认为,我国网球的投资体制、人才培养方式及竞赛体制等,具有鲜明的中国特色,为我国网球竞技水平的提高做出了很大贡献.但不可否认,这种体制带有浓厚的计划经济色彩,在世界网球市场化、职业化和商业化的今天,很多方面已经不能适应形势发展的需要.因此,认真研究国际职业网球的本质、特征与规律,改革与完善运动员的培养机制,高度重视职业化导向前提下的运动员作风培养,进一步完善全国网球竞赛体系,健全和完善与职业化相适应的协会管理机制等成为中国网球"职业化"必须首先要解决的问题.

The Obstruction and Approaches of Chinese Tennis' Getting into the International Professional Tennis Circle

It is the consensus of Chinese competitive tennis circle that the tennis game should be professionalized now.The study shows that there are lots of Chinese characteristics in the business investment,training practice and competition system of the tennis,and these have really improved our tennis competition level.However,we can't deny the fact that this training system is strongly related to the planned economy,which can not keep pace with the time.Therefore,the important tasks are to research the essence,character and laws of the international professional tennis circle,to improve the training system and the national competition system,and to improve the association management system which should be professionalized first.
