| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,技术创新是企业技术进步的源泉和动力。市场经济和国家发展需要技术创新,而技术创新的积极活跃却有赖于激励制度。有效的技术创新激励制度对推动和活跃企业与产业创新发展,进而推动一国的经济增长有着十分重要的作用和意义。基于此,本文对技术创新的激励制度进行了分析和探讨,并给出了相应的制度安排,以期能为推动技术创新进而促进经济增长提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul of the national advancement,and the motive of enterprise's technological advancement is technological innovation.Technological innovation is important to economy and national development;moreover,its prosperity depends on motivation mechanism.Effective technological innovation's motivation system plays an important role in pushing the enterprise forward and giving impetus to the economics.Therefore,it is important for us to research on the regulations of technological innovation.This paper analyses the motivation system and explores the relevant arrangement to provide references. |
