普通高校体育“三自主”教学异化解读与改革策略

高校体育＂三自主＂教学改革虽历经十年,但问题依旧颇多,基本已违背了教学改革之本义,影响了体育教学的正常运行,产生了变异。深究变异产生的主要原因为：《纲要》精神把握不准,改革考虑不成熟;体育教学安排缺乏实效性;课程设置可操作性不强;＂教学环境＂宣传力度不够;教学评价缺乏科学性。针对上述问题,提出明确改革重点,认清＂三自主＂本质;修改教学大纲,创造＂三自主＂改革平台;加强＂系统环境＂的全方位宣传;加强选课的指导与控制;评价方式多元化,评价指标科学化等改革策略。

Alienation of the “Three Autonomous＇s” P. E. Teaching at College： an Interpretation and Reform Strategies

The ＂three autonomous＇ s＂P. E. teaching reform has been ongoing for ten years,but problems abound. It has departed from its original purposes and has been affecting the normal operation of the P. E. teaching,creating alienation. The main reasons behind this are as follows： The Outline is not properly construed,and reform not carefully planned; Teaching arrangements lack actual effects; The curriculum operability is weak; The environment of the teaching system is not adequately publicized; Teaching evaluation is not scientific. In view of the above problems,this article puts forward the following suggestions： Reform focuses should be specified and the nature of the ＂three autonomous＇ s＂should be thoroughly understood; The syllabuses should be modified,creating a platform for the ＂three autonomous＇ s＂reform; The＂system environment＂should be comprehensively propagated; There should be more guidance and control in course selections; Evaluation should be diversified and evaluation indexes scientific.
