柔力球运动在湖北高校开展状况的调查研究

通过问卷调查了解到，湖北省有13所高校开设了柔力球课程，学校数目较多；2003年，湖北高校首次将该项目引入公共体育教学，时间持续较长；授课班级499个、规模大；大学生参与学习的人数为14612人，人数居多；课程内容设置主要以规定套路和柔力球竞技为主，内容统一。男同学以柔力球竞技比赛为主，女同学以柔力球规定套路练习为主，男女选择柔力球练习内容存在差异。该项目在湖北高校公共体育教学方面具备独特的优势，已经具备了开设柔力球课程的必要性和可行性，同时，也将对全国普通高校柔力球运动的开展和推广起到一定的借鉴和示范意义。

A Study on the Present Situation and the Investigation of Soft Ball in Colleges and Universities

The questionnaire survey indicates the following results. There are 13 colleges and universities in Hubei Province that have introduced Soft Ball into the public physical classroom teaching, which means that the total number is very large; colleges and universities in Hubei Province has introduced Soft Ball in 2003 for the first time ,which has been lasting for many years; there are 499 classes having taken Soft Ball, which means the scope is large; there are 14612 students having taken part in Soft Ball ,which means the total number is large; the teaching mainly concentrates on the required set and the competition of Soft Ball, thus makes the teaching content consistent in different colleges and universities ; male students tend to take part in the competition of Soft Ball, while female ones like to play the re- quired set,which directly lead to the difference concerning the practicing content. With all the mentioned advantages and characteristics, it is necessary and feasible for all colleges and universities in Hubei province to introduce the Soft Ball into the public physical classroom teaching ,meanwhile this study has an instructive and directive significance to development and generalization of Soft Ball in colleges and universities in China.
