河南省国家级贫困地区中学体育发展战略思考

以文献资料为依据，结合河南省国家级贫困地区的实际情况和对2003年参加“河南省国家贫困地区义务教育工程体育教师培训班”的94名学员进行问卷调查所得到的数据，对河南省国家级贫困地区学校体育现状存在的较为突出的问题进行了综合分析与论证，为河南省国家级贫困地区中学学校体育改革发展提出一些合理的建议和相应的发展对策。

Reflection of the Development Tactics of Physical Education from the National Pover Regions in Henan Province

The analysis is based on previous documents and in accordance with the current situation of the national poverty regions in Henan Province and an investigation to 94 students from "Physical Education training class" of compulsory education policy of the national poverty regions in Henan Province in 2003. By comprehensively analysing and discussing the statistics of the investigation as well as some current key problems of Physical Education in the national poverty regions of Henan Province, the thesis try to represent some reasonable advices and relative development tactics for propose of offering some reference to the local authorities of the national poverty regions of Henan Province in developing and reforming Physical Education.
