| 摘 要： | 在社会经济快速发展的今天,就业问题依然是人们关注的民生问题,要解决大学生就业的问题,职业指导工作在大学生就业过程尤为重要,也是当前解决大学生就业问题的有效途径.文章就针对高校目前职业指导工作中存在的问题进行分析,对职业指导工作提出工作思考与建议.
