表象训练用于太极拳教学的实验研究

摘    要:将表象训练运用于普通高校太极拳的教学中进行实验研究,结果表明,表象训练可促进动作概念的形成,加深对动作的理解和掌握,从而加速学习和改进动作技术,提高教学质量。与此同时,对表象训练运用于太极拳教学的理论依据进行了分析和探讨,并就表象训练的运用和太极拳教学提出了改革建议。

Abstract:In order to further enhance the teaching quality in the process of learning and improving movement techniques,the concept of presentational training has been applied in the teaching of Taiji at colleges and universities.The experimental results show that employment of presentational training is expected to promote the formation of movement concepts and deep understanding and mastering of the movements.With a detailed analysis of the theoretical foundations of presentational training in the teaching of Taiji,the author also proposes her suggestions on adopting presentational training in the teaching of Taiji.
