| 摘 要： | 期刊编辑与作者间产生信息不对称是客观存在的,它会给期刊编辑工作带来很多负面影响。要消除这些影响,一要不断提高期刊编辑的信息意识,二要不断提高期刊编辑的综合信息素养,增强信息能力,三要建立期刊编辑与作者间的有效信息传递机制。
