高等职业院校承担着培养出具有较高政治素质,较强技术能力、动手能力,有一定适应性与创造性的高技能人才的重任,高职院校的教师是实现这一人才培养目标的关键因素。高职院校的教师必须在职业道德和职业技能方面下苦功,不断提升自身素质,努力成为＂双师型＂教师,才更有利于培养出合格的人才,不负党和国家的重托。
